COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY/ MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT

Physiotherapists at Refine Physio Clinic are qualified in assessing and treating Compulsory Third Party (CTP) physiotherapy patients and motor vehicle associated injuries.
Dealing with the physical effects of a motor vehicle accident can be a challenging process. That’s where Refine Physio comes in: our MVA rehabilitation programs are tailored for individual needs and includes both manual therapy (hands on) and proactive treatments such as home exercise, and ergonomic training.
“Whether you have strains, sprains or the symptoms of whiplash- such as neck pain, dizziness and blurred vision- it is time to talk to our Brisbane physiotherapist about an MVA rehabilitation program that will optimize your recovery from beginning to end.”
WHAT KIND OF MVA- RELATED INJURIES DO WE TREAT?

- Broke bones, specifically rehabilitate physiotherapy to restore strength, function and range of motion
- Rotator cuff tears

- And many other conditions that call for the attention of a qualified physiotherapist
WE COMMUNICATE TO ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR CARE
Our physiotherapists at Refine Physio believe that it is imperative for effective and constant communication between the nominated treating doctor, insurance companies, employers (if applicable) and any other health professionals involved in your care.
That is why we regularly send reports and other relevant information to the above parties to ensure that you’re getting the best care possible and to make sure there is a seamless transition upon return to work (if applicable) or to your previous functional ability pre-accident.
CAN I GET PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENTS BEFORE MY CLAIM IS APPROVED?
Yes, definitely! Starting a claim with the insurers can be difficult and time-consuming. Therefore, starting physiotherapy treatments for your condition is usually recommended.
However, you will first need to pay the fee for the physiotherapy treatments.
Once your claim is approved, you can give the invoice to the insurers and get your fees reimbursed.
WE BILL DIRECTLY TO THE INSURER- NO OUT OF POCKET COSTS FOR YOU!
At Refine Physiotherapy, all our CTP physiotherapy sessions for motor vehicle injuries can billed directly to the insurers once we have confirmation of a valid claim number.
FOR YOUR FIRST PHYSIOTHERAPY APPOINTMENT
