Self Refer Physiotherapy for QPS

The QPS has partnered with several physiotherapy providers across the state to ensure their employees have reliable access to high quality physiotherapy services. These services are designed to help QPS employees treat any injuries sustained while working, ensuring they are always able to perform their duties to the best of their abilities. These self refer physio treatments are also important for officer’s personal lives, as experiencing constant pain and distress can cause severe issues for one’s mental health.

As a recognised self refer physiotherapy provider, we offer a range of services to help QPS employees treat their injuries and regain confidence in their bodies. The SelfRefer program gives eligible QPS employees three complimentary physiotherapy sessions per financial year, while we are always available to provide private ongoing care once these sessions have been used. Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Dry Needling

Our self refer physiotherapy program includes access to dry needling and acupuncture, where we use thin needles to treat your condition. These needles are inserted into muscles to relieve pain and stiffness, while increasing your mobility and flexibility. Our practitioners are highly trained to ensure we provide a service that is professional and highly effective.

Remedial Massage

Sometimes we all need a high-quality massage to work out the kinks. Our physiotherapists are trained to provide remedial and therapeutic massage to treat injuries and other debilitating conditions. Different injuries require different treatments, with our therapists diagnosing your issues to provide care tailored to your body’s needs.
